We first met on campus, during an event that would unknowingly change our lives. It was Nabila’s thoughtful question in that forum that caught Dzulfi’s attention—something about her presence, her curiosity, the way she spoke, lingered in his mind. From that moment, Dzulfi couldn’t help but notice her, and in his own quiet way, he began to chase after her heart.
As life unfolded, time pulled us in different directions. Dzulfi pursued his career abroad, living and working in places like Dubai and New York, while Nabila stayed in Jakarta, building her own path. Despite the distance and time zones, something between us stayed connected—an invisible thread that never snapped.
Fate had its own plans. We found our way back to each other, reunited in Hong Kong—a city that became our turning point. That meeting rekindled what had quietly grown over the years. Soon after, Dzulfi made the decision to return to Indonesia, this time with his heart fully present and committed to building a future together.
After years of knowing, learning, and growing with each other—across cities, seasons, and dreams—we finally decided to take the next step.
In 2025, we say yes to forever.

“Staying married, therefore, is not mainly about staying in love. It is about keeping covenant. “Till death do us part” or “As long as we both shall live” is a sacred covenant promise—the same kind God made with His bride when He died for her.”
